Texas Derby Showdown

The Houston Dynamo protected their home winning record

Houston TX, June 23, 2017 BBVA Compass Stadium.

In front of a sold out crowd at BBVA compass stadium the Houston Dynamo earned 1 point and remain in second place tied with Dallas at 25 points .

The Texas Derby would be an Exciting game from start to finish.  both teams would have plenty of opportunities and the player of the match we think belongs to Goalkeeper Tyler Deric  who was able to stop two shots on target one in the first half and one on the second half, The offense saw a different lineup and the Dynamo would be the one to score in the 18th minute when Erick  Cubo Torres would find the back of the net for a one goal lead to go into the break, The second half Houston Controlled the ball for  53 percent of the time but were unable to add another score, Dallas Forward Maximiliano Urruti #37 scored in the 58th minute, Dallas would be happy with a tie , However Houston wanted a win, They would have to settle for a tied game and 1 point,

The Dynamo are still unbeaten at home, The Dynamo next game will be Wednesday the 28th when they welcome Sporting Kansas City for Lamar Hunt U.s Cup,
