The Dynamo Suffer 1st Loss

The Dynamo  are now in 3rd place in the western Conference

After Starting the season with two impressive wins  against the defending champions  Seattle Sounders  and Columbus Crew SC,The Houston Dynamo would drop their first road game against Portland by a score of 2-4, Portland would be  first to score after DaMarcus Beasley was called for a handball and Diego Valeri would convert the Penalty in the 11th minute,Houston would tie the game when Erick Torres  converted a penalty kick and  with 7 minutes of play in regulation the Dynamo would be tied, The Dynamo were not finish and would score goal number 2 when  Romell Quioto would take a pass from Elis and at the end of the first half the Dynamo went to the break  up 2-1.

The second half of the match, Portland would come out and press the Dynamo and  scored 3 goals,Goal number two  would come in the 58th minute when Diego Valeri took  a cross ball in the box and  head  the ball past Goalkeeper Deric to sqaure of the match, 8 minutes later David Guzman would score and the timbers would lead by 1, Fernando Adi would add the insurance goal in the 88th minute.

The Dynamo are off  next week and will host  New York Red Bulls Saturday, April 1, 7:30 pm CT At BBVA Compass Stadium.
